"Niwl-y-Mynydd is a bungalow consisting of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture and parking is available in the nearby car park. Within 4.5 miles there is a shop, within 3.6 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beach and please note, one well-behaved pet is welcome with -ú30 charge, but sorry, there is no smoking and no candles in the property. WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Niwl-Y-Mynydd for a wonderful retreat on the beach. Please note: Use of the electricity comes at an extra cost based on meter readings, and payment is to be made directly to the owner following your stay. Property accommodates 4 adults and 1 child only"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
