"5 The Crescent has a kitchen/diner, sitting room, double bedroom, twin, and bathroom. Appliances consist of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and TV. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and roadside parking, on a first come, first serve basis. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 3.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 1.4 miles. Enjoy the beauty of Gwynedd from 5 The Crescent. Note: There are steps to the exterior and a steep staircase; please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond on this property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
