This amazing two-storey house is ideal for those lovers of small coves with spectacular waters and the thing is that you can arrive to the fabulous Cala D'Or bay within a few minutes walking. But that's not all, the best of it is that you needn't to choose between beach or pool, because after a long morning at the beach, you can come back home to eat a really tasty barbecue under the porch and enjoy of the entire afternoon at the chlorine pool, of 6.5 x 3.5 m and with a depth of 2.1 m. There is also on your disposal six sun beds to sunbathe and an outdoor shower to rinse your skin or cool off. Indoors, you can find a wide living room with air-conditioning, perfect to watch the satellite TV or a DVD film or just take a nap at ease. After a huge arch, you gain access to the dining room zone and, immediately after, to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic stove and a table with chairs too, in case you prefer to eat here or to prepare, at least, an appetizer. The laundry has washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. On this same floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other ones with two individual beds. Going upstairs, there is also a fourth dormitory with a double bed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and an exit to the outside or to the garden and three of them have a wardrobe. To sum up, there is also a second bathroom with shower. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair, as well as oil central heating for cool days. Cala D'Or is an urbanisation on the coast belonging to the municipality of Santanyí. The house is located a few minutes away from its wonderful bay, as there are only 160 meters of distance. However, by car, more or less 10 minutes, you can also reach to the sandy beaches of Parque Natural de Mondragó, or in just 30 minutes to the marvellous and protected beach called Es Trenc. And if you want to spend an entertaining day, the golf course Vall D'Or is at only 9 km. Pets are not allowed. Holding events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Air conditioning is available for 11 hours a day.
