Details of the Apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large porch where you can have a drink and relax, a garden with sun loungers and a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables. These areas are completely private. The interior is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The dining room has views of the garden and access from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, AC and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub in the apartment. The house has oil central heating and we can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The apartment is located in a mostly residential area but with basic services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants near at hand. The sea is really close and you have a small cove, es Caló des Pou, at about 700 meters. You'll find other coves not far away, such as Cala Petita or Cala Gran, and if you have the opportunity, be sure to visit Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí or Es Caló des Moro by car. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The first floor of the house is not available.
