The property has a chlorine 7x4m with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m swimming pool. The garden has a 50m2 paved surface around the pool which offers 1 umbrella and 6 loungers to rest and relax in the sun. The furnished porch is the ideal place to have lunch and dinner parties with family and friends. On the first floor of the property there is a 60m2 terrace which can be accessed from each of the rooms in the house. In the house there is a mobile barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking. The property’s privacy is partial and has access to 1 space to park your vehicle inside of the property. The living room of this apartment is the perfect place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD or reading a good book. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same area. This area has a bar which separates the kitchen from the living room and is ideal to enjoy eating with your loved ones. The property’s kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including electric stove. In the house there is a laundry room in which there are: 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The villa is located in a residential area of Cala Pi. It is 17 kilometers from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, which was declared National Historical-Artistic Monument in 1931. The beach of Cala Pi penetrates within half a kilometer between two vertical walls of more than 30m of height. The fine white sand beach is easy to access and has free parking for personal cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is not allowed in the property.
