The Apartment has beautiful cool stone floors and is air conditioned throughout.CAN SLEEP 6 PEOPLE Fully fitted Kitchen with Dishwasher,Washing machine Cooker Refrigerator.Plates,Cutlery etc.

Fly to Malaga. Take a rental car and in less than an hour you could be sipping Sangria on the terrace of thisHigh Specification apartment looking out over the ocean towards Africa and at night enjoy the quiet evening air with the twinkling lights of Calahonda/Cabapino below you.

You will be met at the apartment and given instructions on the apartment access etc. Lock your car in the basement carpark and take the lift to your apartment.

Then you are free to enjoy the numerous restaurants within a short distance from the apartment as you drive down the hill towards Calahonda. Around 5 mins drive will take you into town. Marbella is just along the road and the exciting Night Life of Peurto Banus around 10km away.

Golf, Tennis and Swimming facilities and much much more are all around you.

In the apartment complex there are several pools for an early morning dip or you can stay there all day and pop back for meals at the apartment. You decide.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

A Deposit of 25% is Required to Secure Your Booking-Remainder to be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.

For Bookings Made Within 6 Weeks of Your Holiday Start Date,All Fees Will be Made in Full at time of booking.

A £200.00 Deposit Against any Damages or Breakages will be Required along with Final Payment. The breakages deposit will be refundable in part or in full after departure clearance according to any damage.

An Additional Charge of £50.00 will be Payable on all Bookings to cover cleaning & laundry.

10% discount on basic rental rate for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
