Details of the Villa

This villa is located in Calangute village just behind Kamat Holiday Homes Phase 2- a 3 Star resort. You don’t get a private garden or pool, but being a 12 minute walk from Calangute’s shoreline makes up for that. Every inch of this 3 bedroom villa in Goa has been tastefully decorated to make you feel at home in paradise. Villa Calangute Phase 8 offers clean, tidy, no frills accommodation ideal for students or people on a budget. 2 BEDROOMS All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The copper master bedroom has a double bed whereas the pink bedroom has twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, mirror, bedside table and wardrobe. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds. 2 BATHROOMS Each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The copper master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. KITCHEN Offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring gas burner cooking system, cooking utensils, glassware, washing machine, crockery and cutlery. LIVING ROOM Situated on the ground floor opens out onto a covered entrance leading into the garden. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky are also provided. The separate dining room provides seating for 6 people. GARDEN The villa is enclosed by coconut tree with a small lawn area at the entrance of the villa. Parking - due to the narrow road entrance to the villa only bikes can park outside, please see the photos. Cars can be parked on the main road or at the adjacent property touching the villa. SWIMMING POOL Guests at Villa Calangute are entitled to use the swimming pool in the resort (Ondas Do Mar Resort) just a 10 minute walk from the villa for an extra charge of around INR 200 per person per day. The resort will provide towels for use at the swimming pool. There is a nice pool side bar/restaurant to refresh and de-stress yourself. Swimming Pool timing are 9am to 5pm. HOUSEKEEPING House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable. Stays longer than 3 nights will receive a welcome pack. PLEASE NOTE: If you are coming by car there is no road access directly to the villa. You will have to park your car on the main road and walk 20 meters via a traditional mud road. If you have a bike, then you have direct access to the property and can park the bike inside the compound wall.
