Villa Calangute Phase 12 has been designed, built, landscaped and lit by some of the best in Goa. The minimum occupancy is 12 people, but there is more than enough room to accommodate up to 18 people. The villa is great for group gatherings, friend reunions and family holidays. You will get the opportunity experience Goa and form memories sure to last a lifetime. THE VILLA - 6 air-conditioned bedrooms - 6 en suite bathrooms (2 bathrooms with bathtubs) - Open plan space - dining and kitchen flow seamlessly so you can prepare a meal whilst still keeping an eye on the kids in the living room. - Double Storey Living Room with 55" TV, TATA sky, couches, coffee table and lotus lamps. - Books, board games and magazines are also provided – Dining table with chandeliers, chairs and bench with seating for 12 people. - A baby cot and high chair is available for families with babies and young children - Free WiFi in living room - Desjoyaux Swimming Pool in the front yard, (9m by 4m with 4m by 2m kid’s pool), pool towels, patio chairs and sun beds. -The swimming pool is shared with sister villa Phase 11 -This self catered home has a large kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker, Hob and double sink. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances. -Games include - Table Tennis and Carom Board Exceptionally, you can rent both Phase 11 and Phase 12 for a 10 bedroom property, catering for 20 to 30 people. Being only a 12 minute walk from Calangute beach, with shared swimming pool, Phase 12 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa. Bathrooms All bathrooms are en-suite.Bathroom 5 and 6 are open plan bathrooms.Keeping in line with the organic design concept, bathroom 5 is open to sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall without a shower curtains or blinds, separating it from bedroom 6.Bathroom 5 and 6 are intended for couples that don’t want privacy and are happy being exhibitionists. GARDEN The garden path leads you to the swimming pool, where you can sit back and relax on the sunbeds. Alternatively, fire up the BBQ and play a game of table tennis whilst watching the Goan sunset. Life is Good! HOUSEKEEPING -Done daily for between 11am-4pm. -Bed linen and towels are provided and changed twice a week. -No meals are provided, however you can ask our staff to cook for you for a nominal charge (tip), please pay them directly.
