"Bridge View consists of a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining seating for eight people, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, two doubles, and twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Travel cot available. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, gravelled area, and furniture and driveway parking for four cars. Sorry no smoking. Maximum of 2 dogs welcome, only allowed on the ground floor. Please bring dog bedding. All of this awaits at Bridge View."

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
