Villa CLV 507 is one of the best located 5 bedroom villa in Sunset Beach Club. Located right in the middle of the complex. This triplex villa has its own pool and garden. Pool and garden well looked after the site management. On the ground floor of the villa there is large living room with open planned kitchen and dining area. Also shared small sized bathroom available on this floor. From living room, with large sized glass doors, very easy to access to pool. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedroom and 1 communal middle sized bathroom. First bedroom has one double bed with en-suit and the balcony looking over the pool and garden. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Third bedroom also has 2 single beds. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has 2 single beds. Second bedroom has double bed with en-suit. Middle sized balcony looking over the hotel next door and the sea. The top balcony with high walls gives privacy for the guests who’d like to sunbath away from other people in the complex. Villa is in the complex called Sunset Beach Club. Complex has 277 properties (33 of them are the villas), 7 large communal pools, 3 kids pool, 2 main gates with 24/7 security, Turkish bath (Pay Local), restaurant & bar (Pay Local), little shop for essentials and private beach. Please note that; · Because Calis area surrounded by mountains and trees, possibility of seeing insects are high. We are making sure that all of our properties are being checked and sprayed for the insects before every single arrival. · Internet is provided by us and only available on the communal areas. Internet passwords will be shared on the arrival. · Arrival and departure cleanings, usage of electricity, water and gas is included in the rental cost.
