It is made up of the main air conditioned villa which has three double bedrooms, plus a separate fully fitted air conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms. The main villa is on 2 levels. The ground floor has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has lovely sea views. The large, open plan, air conditioned lounge and dining area has two sofas to seat 6 guests and a table and chairs for 6. The lounge has a Sky TV, plus a DVD player and a CD player. Through the large patio doors there is a balcony with table and chairs with sunblind and excellent sea views. On this level there is also a family room with a walk in shower. On the upper level is the main double bedroom, and bathroom with bath and shower attachment. There is also a door opening to the delightful roof terrace which has excellent sea views plus a table and chairs, perfect for an al fresco breakfast! All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Separate to the villa there is a separate fully fitted air conditioned apartment that has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and other with twin beds) a bathroom, fully fitted American style kitchen with washing machine. The lounge includes 2 seater sofa and TV with DVD player. There is a separate outdoor utility room that includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. This Tenerife Villa has Free WIFI. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout and includes many high spec appliances including automatic sun blind system, sky TV , a large outside living area with covered bar and fridge, large BBQ, several terrace areas each offers quality outdoor table and chairs etc. The exterior of this property is fantastic. This property can be let as a 3 bedroom sleeping up to 6 (using main villa area only), 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 (using main villa and the apartment) Whatever you decide to book, you will have complete use to yourselves, you will NOT share with other people. This villa also has car parking inside the villa. The resort: Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the west of Playa de las Americas. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is the new, lovely sandy beach and beach bar. The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas are just a 10 min drive away as are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe. Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away. Property Management The property manager lives about 100 metres away and will meet you on arrival.
