This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkelling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The Tenerife villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club. Ideal for families. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque is only 10 minutes away. Villa Calypso is a unique 5-7 bedroom villa with private heated pool, football pitch, pool table, and table tennis. The villa is child and wheelchair friendly and has sea views. This villa also has a ground floor twin bedroom with en suite suitable for people with mobility problems, and a basement 2 bed apartment. This modern villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is not overlooked. Villa Calypso is on three floors. The ground floor has a wheelchair friendly bedroom with twin beds and en suite with disabled facilities including a wet room. The large lounge has a TV with English channels including BBC1 AND 2, ITV, Channels 4 and 5 plus many more. There is also a DVD player, Hi Fi, 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. The dining area has matching table and leather chairs and seats 8. The open plan large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an American style fridge/freezer with filtered water, a dishwasher, washing machine, and granite work top with an island for the oven and hob. The 1st floor level you have a further 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en suite and balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the pool with sea views. Bedroom 3 has double bed and Bedroom 4 has twin beds with separate WC . All bedrooms have fans, large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. This villa has been modified in certain areas to accommodate wheelchair users. There is also another bathroom with full size bath and shower cubicle. Off the living area is an internal staircase leading to the optional large self contained 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps another 4 guests. Both bedrooms are large in size and offers double beds with large free standing wardrobes and drawers plus large fans. The shower room includes a shower cubicle with sink and WC. The lounge/diner offers 2 x 3 seater creanm leather sofas, large TV with Dvd player plus dining table and chairs for 4. There is a set of patio doors which lead to the exterior of the property. The large kitchen offers a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer plus kettle and toaster. Please note if the main villa is booked out only, the apartment will not be used by any one else, it will be locked up. Air conditioning is available in 4 of the bedrooms and lounge at an additional cost of £100 per week of £150 per week to include the apartment. Free wifi is included in the price. The outside of the villa is unique and has many features. There are sun beds for 10 and several sets of patio furniture for al fresco dining. One of the more unique aspects of this fantastic villa is the astro turf football pitch which is enclosed with netting. There is also an outside full size pool table, table tennis and darts, The outside living area also includes a TV, a built in BBQ area with its own bar including fridge and sink plus plenty of seating. The 12 x 4 heated pool area is fenced off and has non slip tiles around the pool so is very child friendly. The 12 x 4 metre heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. It has roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. The pool Heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is also a volleyball net that can be used across the pool for more games!
