On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room, a toilet and a comfortable living and dining room with pool view. On the ground floor is the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa bed for 1 extra person and a complete bath. Highlight is an additional roof terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue, dining area and 2 sun bed. This area is particularly recommended, as you can enjoy from there a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera. There will certainly be many pleasant sunshine hours and relax. Also, guests have a parking in the common garage. The residential complex is in a very quiet location and is suitable for long walks. This is also suitable for families with children, since the pool area is childproof secluded and there is a large public children's playground within walking distance of the complex. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
