160m2 townhouse with all the comforts and fiber wifi in a very quiet residential area, just a 10 minute walk from the sandy beach. Recently renovated and with new furniture in a modern style, it offers everything you could want for a restful and relaxing vacation. From the street, the access is through a front terrace to the lower level of the house where there is a spacious and bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bar that opens up to the dining room, a toilet room and a furnished terrace with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor is the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 m) with an integrated bathroom and a private balcony with sea views of the neighboring island of La Gomera and the pool area, a second bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m), a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom. On an upper floor there is a terrace with 2 hammocks and a laundry area. In the basement there is a private garage with access to the house, which is totally free for our guests. Available for shared usage is the solarium and main unheated pool, that measures 6 x 16 m2 with a depth of 1.10 - 1.50 as well as an additional pool for children. The small sandy beach of Callao Salvaje is about 10-15 minutes walking distance and a small supermarket and restaurants are about 7 minutes away. It is an ideal holiday home for telecommuting and for families as well as for individual travelers looking to spend a quiet vacation in the south of the island, away from mass tourism.
