The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is a shared front garden with lawn, a private balcony with patio and furniture, an external room for storage, as well as off-road parking. On-site shop and pub 0.1 miles. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. PatchÔÇÖs Place is charming base where families or groups of friends can enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer.
