"Valley Lodge 23, a reverse-level lodge, consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with dining seating for six, Smart TV, electric fire, and a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, consisting of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with a TV, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. There is a non-enclosed patio with hot tub, a balcony with furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 0.1 miles. Valley Lodge 23 is a wonderful escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year. Note: On-site leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day, and include an indoor heated swimming pool (all year round), seasonal tennis court, mini-gym, games room with arcade (open 9am-8pm daily, charges may apply), bar/restaurant, and children's play area (booking system is in operation via reception)."
