"Valley Lodge 26 consists of a first-floor open-plan living area with a Smart TV, DVDs, books, dining seating for six, and a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, consisting of a king-size with TV, a twin with TV, and a twin, serviced by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a separate shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Highchair available. There is an enclosed balcony with furniture, a non-enclosed patio with furniture, hot tub, and off-road parking. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 0.1 miles. Valley Lodge 26 offers a splendid retreat, whatever the time of year. Note: On-site leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day, and include an indoor heated swimming pool (all year round), seasonal tennis court, mini-gym, games room with arcade (open 9am-8pm daily, charges may apply), bar/restaurant, and children's play area (booking system is in operation via reception)."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
