"Tamar 28, a reverse-level house, consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs, dining seating for four, breakfast bar seating two, and a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine on the ground-floor hallway. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, consisting of a king-size with TV, two twins, serviced by a shower room and a cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Highchair available. Enclosed balcony with furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 0.1 miles. However, you decide to spend your days, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at Tamar 28. Note: On-site leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day, and include an indoor heated swimming pool (all year round), seasonal tennis court, mini-gym, games room with arcade (open 9am-8pm daily, charges may apply), bar/restaurant, and children's play area (booking system is in operation via reception)."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
