INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living room with TV SAT/TDT, air conditioning and a pool table. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them, with a bathroom with shower en suite. Finally there is a separate bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a lounge with TV SAT/TDT, air conditioning and a dining room overlooking Calpe. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and hob. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Accessing from the kitchen to the terrace, we will find some stairs to go up to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite, in addition to a room with washing machine. EXTERIOR: A large garden terrace area with a 12x6 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue and a summer kitchen with two electric fires to enjoy outdoor meals. LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area called "Calalga" given the tranquility and proximity to the beach and all services.
