Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The three bedrooms all have double beds, one of them has a single bed on top of the double bed (special bunk bed). There is an en suite bathroom with a shower tray and a bathtub and the other bathroom is independent with a shower.OUTSIDE: Nice area around the pool (10x5) with Roman steps and outside shower. There is a barbecue and a bathroom at your disposal. As well as a parking for four cars on the same plot.LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Ortenbach" given the tranquility of the area and its proximity to the 1.7 km beaches and all services.
