A large bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub.OUTSIDE: Large closed and wooded plot with pine trees, ideal for families with children as it has plenty of space to enjoy. There is an 8x3.5 pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower plus a built-in barbecue with a small outdoor kitchen with gas cooker and a washing machine. There is parking on the same plot for 4 vehicles.LOCATION: The villa is located in an urbanization called "Calalga", very close to the beaches and all services.
