The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, 6 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, air conditioning in the living room, communal+children's swimming pool, open-air parking near the building, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German). In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi. The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:30. An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays. A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW. A deposit of 400€ in cash will be charged in the check-in and it will be refunded in the check-out if everything is correct.
