The property is within a residential area so there are neighbours around. Inside, you find a luminous traditional style, simple as well as functional. The living-dining room is perfect to organise meals to enjoy all together, rest while watching the satellite TV channels or just chat in good company. You can light the fireplace in case it is cold outside. The joyful kitchen is very well-cared and equipped with a gas stove and all you may need to cook delicious dishes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board also are offered. There are 3 bedrooms available, two of them with twin beds and a closet and the last one with a double bed. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You will find two bathrooms for the whole accommodation, the two of them with a bath. Five fans and 2 electric radiators complete the equipment. The urbanisation of sa Ràpita is traditionally known for being a quiet and natural place with a paradisaical beach of fine sand and turquoise water which is only 1.8 km away from the house, so you can reach it even on foot. The whole area is special and you will find other amazing beaches like es Trenc just skirting the coast. In town, you will find grocery shops, some restaurants with great views to the Mediterranean sea and cafes. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
