Finca situated between Campos and Santanyí, two southern villages, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, petrol stations, etc., The best beaches in the area are only 16 minutes away by car. The Finca, tastefully furnished, offers space for 8 people in 250 m². It has 4 rooms: two with double beds, two with 2 single beds, two bathrooms inside the house and one more outside. The house has a cosy living room with satellite TV and Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. At the outside area you can refresh yourself in the large 10x5 m swimming pool and relax on the sun beds. On the outside porch there is another dining table with capacity for 8 people. Next to the house and outside you will find a barbecue for succulent outdoor meals. A pin-pon table in the garden will delight young and old alike. The views from the porch or terrace are towards the swimming pool and the beautiful garden. IMPORTANT: \- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. \- Electricity included. \- A refundable deposit is charged. \- Parties are not allowed. \- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
