The rooftop offers a shared terrace where they can sunbathe on the loungers or have a drink while admiring the blue sea on the horizon. In addition, the building has a great shared barbecue. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The comfortable apartment is fully equipped to enjoy a perfect stay. The living room has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, both with AC and twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Son Bauló is a residential area of Can Picafort where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. The wonderful beach is only 1 km from the apartment and you can visit other beautiful beaches such as Playa de Muro or Playa de Alcudia by car or bus. Pets are not allowed.
