The villa has all the comfort to spend your perfect holidays! The two-storey house will surprise you with its fantastic exterior corners and an aesthetic, which seems to be a piece of a beautiful and simple castle, but awaiting a luxurious dreamlike interior. The swimming pool, in the cozy artificial grass garden, invites you to take a refreshing and pleasant swim after having enjoyed some relaxing moments in the sun on one of the 10 sun loungers. It measures 6 x 3 m, has a depth of 1.2 to 1.7 m, an outdoor shower and is chlorinated. Next to it, a beautifully furnished porch awaits you for your mornings or evenings with a book and a glass of wine. Climbing a few steps from here, you will find a terrace where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ, either outdoors or in the shade under its sliding awning. The house offers two storeys: on the main floor there is an open kitchen to the living room. A modern and tastefully renewed kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate, dishwasher, huge fridge and all necessary appliances to cook with a sea view while you family can sit at the bar. You can welcome morning with cup of coffee or freshly squeezed juice. The living room is equipped with aircon (hot/cold), satellite TV, internet connection where you can read and watch your favourite films. Two double bedrooms, tastefully decorated, share the bathroom with shower. The master bedroom with its bathroom en-suite (with shower and bath tub) has an access to balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with aircon. Downstairs is a laundry corner with another bathroom with shower. Villa is equipped with baby cot and highchair. You can park you car on the street in front of the gate free of charge. We are bike friendly villa, if you rent a bike, we have bike repair stands, repair kit and air compressor. Bikes can be securely stored. Can Picafort is a family coastal town. The villa is located only 500m to the promenade with its sandy beach and walking routes of Son Real Natural Park. 50m walk from our villa is a bus stop. This bus will take you directly to the airport, leaving every hour in summer (from 5 a.m. till 7 p.m.). Take into account that no parties are allowed in the house and no smoking is permitted inside the house. You can check in at any time as there is a key box with the keys, so you are flexible about the arrival time.
