The house is modern, with a beautiful steel staircase. It has 3 bedrooms ( Master suite in the 3rd floor with 2 full bathrooms, and to 2 bedrooms on the second floor each one with a full bathrooms and 2 single beds). On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, dinning area, 2 sitting areas and a half bathroom. The TV has Netflix and has an account ready for use. The space is not recommended for small children or people with difficulties with stairs. The guest can enjoy the hole house privately. The pool is exclusive to the property. Grounds keeper lives in a separate part of the property, he is in charge with anything to do with outside. Enjoy breathtaking views of Isla Mujeres, Cancun's skyline and the turquoise blue ocean, while the taking in the sea breeze. The house is located in a ocean front residential area about 15 -20min drive from Cancun downtown and hotel zone. Car rental is recommend. Rate includes daily housekeeping form 9 am to 4 pm.
