With very good connection to the highway to visit the rest of the island, this house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation. It is ideal for couples and business trips, because it has capacity for 2 people, with a cosy bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, a large terrace, Wi-Fi Internet and communal pool. Strategically located, a few steps from the beach and the sea avenue, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, terrace, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets, shower towels, Wi-Fi and communal pool. We love making our guests feel at home and from the beginning. We will be very aware of your arrival to make you feel comfortable as much as possible throughout the stay. We will also recommend you some of my favourite places to visit, to eat and to enjoy the island. The apartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes by car from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that borders the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that is breathed since the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months that can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristy and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants with typical food, fresh fish, paellas from which you will undoubtedly be happy. The apartment is located in Las Caletillas, Candelaria, with a fast connection to the highway, to easily get to know the rest of the island.
