This modern and charming apartment is located near the old town of Le Suquet, not far from the beaches and the Palais des Festivals. The house is very quiet as none of the windows face the street. Even the terrace is oriented inwards. The lift, air conditioning and the privileged location make your stay here very comfortable. The beach (150 metres) and several restaurants along the harbour are located within walking distance of the house. Stroll through Le Suquet and the Boulevard de la Croisette or visit the city's restaurants and beaches fringed by palm trees. The Palais des Festivals is situated 600 metres away. The coastal road leads to the town of Mandelieu-la-Napoule which also has two golf courses. Several events are held regularly in Cannes. There are a couple of bus stations 300 metres and 700 metres away from the house, so you do not need a car.
