"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a four-poster double, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear courtyard with furniture, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Complimentary afternoon tea provided on first night - owner does require any dietary requirements prior to your arrival. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, and a pub in 0.2 miles. Travel cot and highchair available. 7 Water Lane is the ideal base to explore Kent as a family. Note: Neighbouring properties have access through the garden. Note: Stairs are quite steep; please be careful. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
