Beautiful property situated among olive groves and vineyards on the hills east of Lucca and composed of a old stone-built house and a guesthouse. From both of them one can enjoy magnificent views over the countryside. The main house is characterized by a beautiful open loggia for outdoor dining. A swimming pool (12x6 prof. 1,5)(28/05-01/10) is located in a lawn with olive groves. Maid service is included in the price (9 hours/ week). Furniture made up partly of period pieces. Internet connection. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm (arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of 50 Euros. Arrivals after 10.00pm are charged a supplement 100 Euros).Prior arrangements must be made for all arrivals different from the normal times. The property can be rented for different number of people: for 9 sleeps (LE VEDUTE 9) for 13 sleeps (LE VEDUTE 13). ACCOMMODATION: (Main house) Gr.Fl.: kitchen/dining room; small sitting room with fireplace; large sitting room opening onto a loggia furnished for outside dining, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi; small study with fireplace. 1st Fl.: suite with 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 single bedroom and a small sitting room; second suite with twin bedded room, 1 bathroom and large sitting room. (Guest house): small independent apartment composed of a sitting room with a double loft bed and 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the guest house.
