This old farmhouse has been renovated and divided into three apartments, all with private and equipped outdoor area for outdoor dining. From the apartments you can enjoy a beautiful view of forests, hills and valleys and of a small lake on the property. This natural lake is 100m away and available to all guests. Common facilities: parking lot, playground with swing and table tennis, pool (12x7 m), external shower. The house is accessed via a dirt road that is not suitable for sports cars. Possibility of walks in the area, in the cool of the forests, and of fishing in the lake on the property. Free use of bicycles (2 per apartment), sale of locally produced oil and wine. On the ground floor is a closed room used by the owner.
