Fully air-conditioned throughout and enjoying the additional benefit of cooling overhead ceiling fans, the friendly “Florida atmosphere” begins immediately you step through the door. The first of two separate family areas offers fully tiled floors and twin relaxing sofas to enjoy watching the wildlife and views across the water. Wireless Internet is provided and a separate work desk is available for keeping up with those pesky emails. Conveniently located next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool and sundeck is a formal dining area. A second family retreat offers a haven for quiet relaxation with comfortable leather sofas for relaxing and finishing that book you always meant to read, for watching the wide-screen TV or just listening to music. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen area is extensively equipped for six people with coffee/tea making facilities, all modern utensils and ample storage cabinets. A breakfast bar and additional outside dining table overlooking the pool area has seating for six people. A family washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Sunset Cove is close to everything that matters. For golfers some of the areas best courses are located just a short drive away, maybe you enjoy sea fishing, snorkeling, skiing or simply cruising the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, they are all easily accessible from a number of marinas, beaches and public piers nearby. The beautiful city of Naples, the white sand Islands of Sanibel & Captiva and the magnificent Everglades State Park are a short drive away
