This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located on one of the most beautiful spots in Protaras – between centre of Protaras and Cape Greco National Park in a quiet area of Protaras less than 10 minutes’ walk to the centre and only 3 minutes’ walk to famous Konnos Bay Beach. This lovely villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. The villa offers spacious and airy living area with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining set and sofas. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Master bedroom has en-suite toilet with shower room and there is one family bathroom with bath on the first floor. This is 2 storey villa with 3 spacious bedrooms 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms without any extra charge. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas with satellite TV internet access and DVD The garden is fenced for privacy with sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Nice garden area where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days. Private parking is available free of charge.
