Details of the Villa

This unique and popular villa is a perfect option if you want complete privacy, yet wish to be within easy reach of the resort and beaches. It is situated on a spacious plot, just minutes from Protaras and Capo Greko. Access to the villa is with a remote control that opens the main security gates to the grounds. There is ample parking for up to 6 cars. The grounds are 3000 m2 and are landscaped with flowers, shrubs and trees surrounding the large grass lawn. From the outside of the villa there are stunning panoramic sea views of Protaras and Capo Greko. A baby cot can also be provided. There is a family bathroom, an en-suite shower room and a separate WC downstairs. Downstairs, the open plan living and kitchen areas feature double doors which open out towards the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will need for your stay, including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and much more. The villa features many extras that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including a pool table, table tennis and wifi. Other amenities include DvD player, air conditioning throughout, open fireplace and satellite TV. Outside features a large infinity pool which enjoys panoramic sea views.
