Nestled away from the hustle and bustle yet less than 10 minutes walk takes you to beautiful beaches and Ayia Napa and Protaras center with all the bars and restaurants are just 10 minutes drive. 15 min drive to the biggest water park in Cyprus. The ground level consists of a large luxury living space which oozes with style, comfort. Sliding patio doors lead to the private 8m x 4m swimming pool finished in marble. Many sun loungers and garden furniture are available at the pool area, as well as an outside bar area with fridges, coolers and gas BBQ offering everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Four very specious bedrooms and two large toilets with shower rooms will comfortably accommodate 8 persons. Villa Nisorama provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air conditioning and heating in living area and the bedrooms (FREE of charge). The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably can sit eight guests and large open plan fully equipped, new and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The dining table for 8 sits in the middle of the large open plan dining area, which then leads to the spacious lounge with large sofa; there are satellite TV and DVD player with surround system. This luxury villa is an ideal choice for those requiring a truly relaxing sun-filled holiday on Cyprus most famous beaches. With modern furniture inside, and fully furnished pool area, this villa is designed to give maximum pleasure and enjoyment to holiday makers. The villa is on walking distance to all amenities such as Bars and Pubs, Banks, Clothes shops, Coffee shops, Mini market, Nightclubs Pharmacy, Restaurants, Supermarket, Hairdresser, Beauty salons, fitness studio Spa. There are lots of activities in the area like Scuba diving, Boat trips, Cycling, Fishing, Swimming, Water sports, Jeep safaris, Horse riding, and Rock climbing. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week. Free pool cleaning and maintenance twice a week.
