"Ty Rhos has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, a king-size bedroom, a bunk room with easy chair, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with artificial lawn, and roadside parking available. This is a pet-friendly home, but please, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, Afon Teifi in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 1.9 miles. Enjoy the best of Ceredigion at Ty Rhos. Note: Guests are requested to bring their own linen for the travel cot. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Easy chair available for an additional child."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
