"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, and microwave, a utility with washing machine, a pantry with fridge/freezer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link), and a king-size, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear patio with furniture, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed upon request, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Travel cot, highchair and two stairgates available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the price. Mackereth is a charming base to explore Cumbria. Note: Please bring own bedding for travel cot. Note: A free day pass to Hookers Hall and garden is available for all guests during March and December. Note: Guests have 10% off whilst order from on-site food hall. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
