"Cosy Logs Cottage consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for five people, and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite corner bath, and a double with en-suite walk-in shower. Ample roadside parking available just a 1-2 minute walk away on a first-come, first-served basis, just across stream via small bridge. One well-behaved dog welcome; please enquire first if you wish to bring other types of pets. Sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, a river in 0.1 miles, and the coast within 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Cosy Logs Cottage is a tranquil base for a Cumbria escape. Note: Open tread staircase is fairly steep, please take care."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
