This luxury 4 bedroomed villa with VERY large heated pool and air conditioning is fully equipped, with everything included to ensure you have a perfect 2014 holiday. Situated in a peaceful residential area only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club, the nearest restaurant with fabulous garden and children's play area is just a 500m stroll away, and the centre of Carvoeiro with an array of restaurants, shops and bars a short drive. The ideal place for a wonderful family holiday. The 4 bedroom ground floor villa is situated in the residential area of Vale do Milho, only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club. It is a piece of home from home, surrounded by its own large gardens, and benefits from a terrace with ample sun loungers, brick built BBQ, and large al-fresco dining table & chairs overlooking the gardens, large retractable sun awning on pool terrace, and VERY LARGE POOL heated pool, measuring 16m x 8m. The villa also has double glazed doors and windows with fitted mosquito nets. The accommodation is single floored making it suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Everything you need for a wonderful family holiday is available - air conditioning, pool heating, wi-fi, pool towels, baby items, hairdryer.... There is a spacious, bright airy lounge dining room overlooking the pool, equipped with a telephone for incoming calls, English and European Freesat channels, VCR Player, DVD Player, music centre, air conditioning and log burner. Free Wifi is provided via fast cable broadband internet. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and gardens. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with filtered water on tap, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave & oven with gas hob, and overlooks the gardens surrounding the property. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area. There is also a separate wc & hand basin next door to kitchen. The bedrooms consist of 4 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & dressing table, all are air conditioned, and have patio doors out to the terrace. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - one with combined bath & shower, the other ensuite has a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom of double hand basins, and bath & shower combined. There is also a guest cloakroom with WC. Living Rooms - Lounge with armchairs and sofas, air conditioning, a log burning fire, and English Freesat TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Dining area with dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors leading to the outside terrace and huge heated pool and bbq with large stone dining table for al fresco dining. Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher* and fridge/freezer. *Please bring or buy dishwasher tablets if you wish to use the dishwasher. Bedrooms - 4 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, dressing tables, portable fans, hairdryer and patio doors to the terrace. Bathroom - Master bedroom and second bedroom both have en-suite bath/shower rooms, as well as a family bathroom with bath/shower and double basins. Also a guest cloakroom. Other - Small laundry room with washing machine adjacent to drying area. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/hand/towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. A mid-week maid/cleaning service is provided. * Pool and beach towels are provided, so no need to bring your own! PRICE QUOTED ARE FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE. The huge heated pool (16m x 8m), is roman stepped and reputed to be the largest in Carvoeiro. At the shallow end the depth measures 1.15 metres, with the deep end measuring 3.00 metres. Pool and beach towels are provided, so no need to bring your own! Please note pool heating is available for and additional £180 per week. There is a useful adjacent outside shower, plenty of sun loungers and a dining table with a pull down canopy for shading that is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. Steps lead to the secluded roof terrace which offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vale do Milho countryside, and space for sunbeds. EXTRAS Pool heating is optional for an additional charge of £180 per week. Air conditioning is optional for an additional charge of £150 per week. *FROM 1ST JUNE 2018 AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE. Baby equipment can be rented for a small fee and we can supply a welcome pack or arrange airport transfers and car rental. We can provide a Welcome Food Pack for you if required for a small extra charge, so you don't need to rush straight out to the shops or restaurant on arrival, just drop your bags, chill out and enjoy. Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. A short walk from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars (English babysitter available), and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive. Visit Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10! Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well. There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks. Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses. Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
