Casa Emma is a lovely, detached villa situated only a short walk (1.2 km) from the lively town of Carvoeiro. Perfect for a small family, this villa offers a beautiful sea view and privacy around the pool area. Located in the residential area of Areias dos Moinhos, Casa Emma is very close to some wonderful beaches and good restaurants. Accommodation: 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) Inside: The cozy living and dining room is decorated in a typical Portuguese style and has an open fireplace, TV and internet. The big sliding doors give access to the swimming pool and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. The 2 bedrooms each have a private bathroom. Outside: The villa has a great private swimming pool (heated on request) with a large terrace and 4 sun loungers. Under the covered terrace, you will find a dining table to enjoy a lovely meal outside. The grill area, with stone dining table, is really great if you enjoy having BBQ’s.
