Winner of the 2020 Booking.com Guest Review Award (8.9), Casa Prazeres has been tastefully renovated both inside and out and is furnished to a very high standard, complete with air conditioning throughout and, most importantly, internet connection. The villa offers ample space for eight people. The accommodation consists of four bedrooms, three double (two en suite), and one twin, a further bathroom and a family toilet. There is also a large open-plan living/dining area with large plasma/satellite television (with games consoles for Wii and Playstation), fully-fitted and equipped kitchen including a second plasma television, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and separate drinks fridge. The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost of €150 per week and there is private terraced space to the front, side and rear of the villa, outdoor shower and off-road parking. The garden area offers a most pleasant array of flowers and fruit trees. Other improvements recently made include a bar table and chairs on the roof terrace that offer an excellent opportunity to enjoy evening drinks whilst watching the sunset. Other new exterior furnishings, together with improved lighting, also allow guests great use of the outside spaces at night. A travel cot, booster seat and child's safety gate are available. Air conditioning is available which also provides heat during the winter. Two sets of golf clubs, one men's and one ladies/junior, are available to use. Would suit those interested in a casual round of golf. The village of Sesmarias is moments away and offers a host of bars, a convenience store and numerous superb restaurants. The villa is only a short drive/taxi ride to Carvoeiro and to the nearest beach from where there are boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. You will also find a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
