Winner of the 2020 Booking.com Guest Review Award (9.6), Casa Destino is a popular 3-bedroom villa close to the centre of Praia do Carvoeiro. Casa Destino is within walking distance of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, beach etc and has an area of 209m², sleeping 8 people with 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The villa has been tastefully decorated both inside and outside and is furnished to a high standard, complete with air conditioning throughout and, most importantly, a wireless internet connection. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms (all en suite) and a guest cloakroom. There is also a large open plan living/dining area with television and a sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The swimming pool has a very private terraced space to the rear of the villa as well as a Jacuzzi, offering relaxation and pamparing whilst on holiday. Here there is an outdoor kitchen which has a charcoal barbecue, sink and all utensils. The villa also offers off-road parking. Air conditioning is available which also provides heat during the winter. The village of Carvoeiro is just moments away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Several large supermarkets are nearby where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away. The theme park Zoomarine is not far, just a 15-minute drive, also running a bus service. Zoomarine's main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.
