This is a modern, family-friendly 2-bedroom apartment with a communal pool and private roof terrace located on a private and gated complex. The apartment is situated close to the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and is an easy distance from beaches, the popular village of Carvoeiro and golf courses. The gardens on this small development are beautifully looked after and there is a lovely communal pool. Although being on the ground floor, this property has a private roof terrace, where there is a barbecue and dining facilities and where you can enjoy the sea view. Lots of choice on the doorstep. There is also a mini-market in Sesmarias convenient for day to day shopping including freshly baked bread. The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away. There are two water parks within a 10-minute drive of the property with the theme park Zoomarine not far away, just a 15-minute drive. Zoomarine's main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.
