Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Townhouse Anguilla is a stunning property with modern finishes and a prime location in São Rafael, just a few minutes’ walk to the São Rafael beach. With tranquil views, this property is the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. Sleeping 4+2, this superb townhouse has 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, both en-suite with fully fitted wardrobes. The 5th and 6th person sleep on the sofa-bed (for an additional cost). The master bedroom also benefits from a balcony with beautiful views to wake up to of the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the sea. The 3 bathrooms are fully fitted to a very high standard and the kitchen is fully equipped including a fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and oven. The living / dining room is bright and inviting, opening out onto the spacious terrace with an outdoor seating area, with direct access to the pool. This lovely 2 storey house is in a beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children) and well-kept gardens. Albufeira town is located within 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes’ drive away. There are several beaches within a few minutes’ walk, and a water park, zoo and a marina just a few minutes’ drive away. It is also just 5-minute drive away from Old Town Albufeira with its many shops, bars and restaurants, complete with its own beach. You can find the nearest restaurant only 750 meters away, as well a few bars. Several more restaurants and a supermarket are less than 1km from the property. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season. Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season. Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only). Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on total deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / extras. Prices up to 4 people From the 5th to the 6th person an additional rental amount is required for either an extra bed for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
