Lovely 2 bedrooms & 2 baths apartment located in the superb complex of Casares Del Sol situated on the Casares Costa. This modern Mediterranean apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the blue flag beaches of Casares and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, has access to two pools (one opened year round) and a 24/7 secure entrance. It features a large living room, modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony with views of both the sea and the mountains. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Malaga International Airport is 1 hour drive away and Gibraltar Airport is 30 min away. Car rental is a plus, but there are shuttles available and local buses. This air conditioned apartment is only about 300 m from the bar and restaurant of Casares Costa Golf Club and is in a very short driving distance to the larger Dona Julia Golf Club and the famous Finca Cortesin Golf Club which features world famous golf and 5 star restaurants. The white village of Casares is also only about 15 min drive away. On the Casares beach you will find a number of bars and restaurants and in the nearby town of Estepona you can experience the local markets, boutique shops and a large selection of restaurants and bars featuring a large variety of local and international cuisine. In the opposite direction in the towns of Duquesa and San Luis de Sabinillas you can visit the marina and enjoy boating, sailing, polo or hiking. Seville is about 2 hours away and in thevecinity are the attractions of Ronda, Gaucin, Malaga and the entire Costa del Sol attractions.
