Details of the Villa

Villa dei Mandorli is located in the area of Scopello at about 3 km far from the sea, baia di Guidaloca and at about 6 km from the village of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. This park fascinates with the unlimited beauty of its Mediterranean landscape and transparence of sea waters. On the inside, you can accede through an open plan living room characterized by an elegant and comfortable furniture, so as the other rooms of the villa. The bathroom has a shower. In the dining area there is a well structured kitchen angle with characteristic majolica and provided by various household utensils and equipment. The bedrooms are two, one of them has a double queen size bed and the other one is a double with bunk beds. The villa is surrounded by a veranda, where you can relax and admire a fabulous landscape of sea and nature. There is a nice private swimming pool (4 x 8 meters). The swimming pool will be opened from the first of May until the 30th of September. The other months are on request. You can find a restaurant and a little supermarket just 500mt from the house.
