Villa Marilin is a typical and charming countryside house located in the territory of Fraginesi, in the hinterland of Scopello Villa Marilin is built on a single floor and the main entrance is in the living room, that is chic and well-groomed. In a corner of the living room, there is the kitchen in a rearranged rural style. The sleeping area is composed by 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. All the rooms are well-groomed the furniture is simple but sophisticated at the same time. The bathroom has a shower. The Villa has two big sheltered verandas that are furnished with comfortable garden furniture. One of these two verandas has a barbecue. In the garden surrounding the house, you can find the pool and an external shower. Near the main structured it is located the dependance with double bed and private bathroom with shower. In this room is also possible to add an extra bed.Villa Marilin can be rented also without dependance.The luxuriant green of the countryside embellishes the Villa, making it a peaceful and relaxing place . The pool will be opened from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The others will be on request.
