Villa Scopello è una ridente abitazione ubicata in prossimità dei Faraglioni e del caratteristico scoglio che imponente si erge dalle profondità del mare turchino e che i marinai chiamano “Vela” . La villa, ha l’accesso privato al mare, raggiungibile attraverso un breve sentiero. La struttura si sviluppa su un unico piano e si accede al suo interno dal soggiorno ampio e luminoso che si affaccia sul porticato. Questo portico permette agli ospiti di godere di momenti di sano relax nella completa privacy e di consumare colazioni all’aperto a contatto con la natura circostante. La piscina è situata nel giardino. La cucina, allegra e luminosa, è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari ed ha l’accesso alle due verande dove si può soggiornare comodamente . Le camere da letto sono 4 di cui una matrimoniale con bagno in camera, 2 camere doppie e una singola. Un ulteriore bagno con vasca è a servizio della villa. Gli arredi sono semplici ma nello stesso tempo confortevoli e rendono gli ambienti eleganti, sobri e rilassanti. Adiacente alla villa vi è la dependance con camera da letto matrimoniale con la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La dependance ha un bagno con doccia. Villa Scopello is a lovely house , located near “I Faraglioni” and the typical imposing rock that emerges from the depth of the crystalline sea. The sailors call it “La Vela” (The Sail). The house , has a private access to the sea, that it is possible to reach trough a short path. The structure is built on a single floor and it is accessed from the spacious and bright living room that overlooks the portico. This portico gives the guests the opportunity to enjoy relaxing moments in a complete privacy and to have outdoors breakfast in contact with the surrounding nature. The kitchen, coloured and bright, is equipped with all the necessary and overlooks the two verandas where it is possible to stay comfortably. The bedrooms are four. One double bedroom with private bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. An other bathroom has the bathtub. The furniture are simple but at the same time comfortable and make the rooms elegant, sober and relaxing. Near the main structure there is the dependance with a double bed and the possibilty to add a sigle bed. The dependance has a further bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is located in the garden and the solarium is equipped with lawn chairs and umbrela to make your stay more comfortable.
