Large stone-built farmhouse (480 m2) completely restored farmhouse, situated inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti in a peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.) between Siena and Florence. An attentive restoration work has brought the farmhouse back to its ancient splendor. The house is characterized by a garden and equipped outdoor areas (portable barbecue), equipped loggia, swimming pool "L"-shaped (12x8) (01/05-13/10 open from 8 a.m to 12 p.m.). Included in the price 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included, baby bed (to be requested when booking). To request at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: domestic help extra hours, cook. It is possible to purchase the estate produce.
